Let’s start with the fact that one of those stoves is one of those items that will not attract everyone from the beginning. It can also be frightening with its length. In this post, I will present to you what I love about this long series of over twenty years of both anime and manga, and perhaps encourage you to read the manga and/or watch the anime.

Characters

The characters in one piece are what I like the most in the entire series. Thousands of unique characters, often with amazing connections with each other. For example, we meet a character in chapter 300 and it is important in chapter 800. This is amazing to me, and I often think to myself. “WHAT A GENIUS IS DADDY ODA”. Like how did he plan all of these characters tho. Really impressive! The character’s past is also well presented and very often it can even be moving.

I will now mention a few of my favorite characters from the main crew. I love all of its members (but I don’t want to describe them all because it could be a spoiler). Below I have described the more popular characters that are generally known as the main characters of the series.

Luffy

My favorite character in this series. There are so many positive emotions associated with it. At the very thought of him a smile appears on my face 😀 In general, he eats meat and is very cool. On top of that he smiles all the time he is always positive and a bit goofy which is always funny.

Zoro

Another cool character even more liked by the One Piece community than Luffy. In general he is an edgy samurai who doesn’t care about anything other than protecting Luffy. He sleeps all the time when he can. He also likes swords And well he has some muscles tho.

Sanji

Sanji, a character that probably most closely resembles the character of Oda we see in the SBS. I like this guy very much. Sanji is really funny, also always smiling and most importantly he is the biggest SIMP on the planet. This is not the average simp you think about… No, no Sanji is the king of simps and the biggest simp on the planet. His life beyond cooking – which is his passion – is based on the fact that he simps for every pretty girl he meets on his way. He would certainly give his life trying to save some beauty 😛

SBS corner

Let’s move on to one of those things that make one piece manga different from other mangas. SBS corner, a place for questions from readers directly to the author. Thanks to this place, we can get to know our author more, as well as learn many interesting facts related to the series, the answer to which can only be found there. Below are some of my favorite questions and answers in this corner (the ones I remember, of course there were more, but I forgot)

ODA-SENSEI

I just realized I was saying “Oda this, Oda that” all the time and I didn’t even explain who it was. Eiichiro Oda, the inspiration of young manga drawing adepts. We get to know him through the SBS corner. His personality and many other things are described there. I don’t want to reveal too much, because you’d better read all the SBS on your own, but I can say that Oda is quite a self-respecting pervert 😉

Jokes aside, he is a very talented, hard-working person. And his love for fans is really big 🙂

I wish I could meet him if I knew japanese.

Anime Openings

The anime openings are definitely a huge plus for One Piece. Honestly, I haven’t seen a series with so many amazing openings. To be fair One Piece doesn’t even have bad openings. Praise Oda-sensei

Another advantage of One Piece, and what made it so popular for so many years, is how systematic the author is. Oda rarely takes any breaks at all (which is kind of scary). A new chapter (with some breaks) comes out almost every week since 1997. He really needs to be praised for all the work he puts in one piece. We can say that it’s basically his life at this point.

One Piece fans community

I love One Piece community. I just love the fans of this series. They are not cringe, mostly mature people full of theories about the franchise. This is by far the best community I’ve come across in my entire anime adventure so far.

Lenght

The length of One Piece may be a big disadvantage for some people and the reason why they don’t even start with this series. However, this is a big plus for me. All in all, once you get into One Piece, you can’t stop watching/reading it and only then do you consider the length of the series as something positive. Trust me you will want more episodes/chapters when you catch up and waiting a whole week is a pain haha.

Summary

In conclusion, give one piece a try. Really, maybe just for the author, just for the SBS. Or maybe just for the amazing heartwarming characters. Or maybe for the great story it has. Or maybe for it all at once! Once again read or watch one piece, thanks for reading <3
