This is my first review on a K-drama, and since I just finished Black 3 days ago, I thought I’d write a review about it. Since I want to keep the review spoiler-free, I won’t go into much detail about the story, but just write about my experience with the series.

At first, I found the series a bit strange and actually wanted to stop watching it after the first few minutes. However, I was forced by a friend to keep watching and it was really worth it.The series starts off with some incredibly good humor. The character Han Moo-Gang made me laugh a lot, which continued throughout the series.

However, the series quickly became very serious and with each episode more and more questions came, which were not clarified for a long time. I often racked my brain as to how the mystery could continue. And every time you thought you knew how it would end, you were surprised with something else. The series became more and more exciting and I couldn’t stop watching it. In addition, the development between the characters is very exciting and even so emotional that I had some tears.

I really liked how everything is connected and an almost insignificant thing in the past can make such a huge story about murders and other criminal machinations.

Also, in the last episode at the end, it is said that the series is based on a true event and it is hoped that the relatives will be able to process the story better.

In general, I think it’s good that K-dramas are not only love stories with a happy ending, but also deal with real problems in the history of Korea and other countries.Apart from the story, the soundtrack of the series is absolutely good! The music fits almost perfectly in every situation, and when I listen to the soundtrack without the series now, I sometimes even get a little emotional about it. I’ve linked the Spotify playlist to the soundtrack at the end of the post, in case anyone wants to take a listen. My favorite songs from it are “Like A Film” and “Take Me Out.”.

I really liked the drama and recommend it to everyone, both the story and the actors are really good and express their roles perfectly.

Black was my second K-drama that I have ever seen, but is my unbeatable favorite.
